Asenathi Jim

Asenathi Jim is our Sailor of the Month.

This young man is hot property. So is his sailing crew and mentor, Roger Hudson, and they are getting hotter and hotter the more they compete internationally.

They have just won the Delta Lloyd Regatta in Holland, having made the medal race where they finished ahead of the London Olympic Silver medallist to take Gold. It is their best performance in a 470 regatta.

Asenathi is just 22, and already into his fourth year of top class sailing with Roger. He is being groomed by Hudson to win a medal at the 2020 Olympics. He will then be just 28 and in his prime in terms of 470 sailing.
