At the Kingston Laser Masters’ World Championships, Alan Keen of Cape Town, in the Standard Great Grand Master fleet headed the leader board at the end of day 1 with a 1 and 2.

Day two ended with no racing due to no wind, and now after day 3, when a further 2 races were completed in a 10-14 knot breeze, Keen posted a 2; 3; 2 to be placed 2nd overall just a single point behind Australian Mark Bethwaite.

This is a great result from this stalwart in the Laser Class, and dedicated South African sailor.

Two more races are scheduled today.
