Vanity. She belonged to an RCYC member and is seen sailing here in Saldanha Bay.

Viking. She is seen here starting the Simonstown to Port Elizabeth Race which started on 26 December 1958. She was skippered then by Fred Smithers.

Wylo. This was Frank Wightman’s yacht moored in Saldanha Bay.

Zeeslang. She was the RCOD Prototype which turned heads as she was blisteringly fast.

Xargo III. Padda Kuttel entered her in the very first Whitbread Round the World Race. Here she is seen finishing in Cape Town.

Wanderer. She is seen here in Richard’s Bay in 1977. She is a Laurent Giles design and was built by Eric & Susan Hiscock.
