The MAC CLUB CHAMPS held on the 17 & 18 May was a great success with the weather playing ball at long last. 16 boats participated over the weekend & they enjoyed moderate wind conditions along with the much appreciated sun shine.
The sailors enjoyed a marvellous weekend of sailing & the beaming faces was testament to that. We were thrilled to have two Dabchick National Champions sailing at MAC that weekend, namely Jonathan Kukard, who sailed his Fireball & Jason Gray, who sailed his 29er, not to forget the Optimist Champ Daniel Spratley who sailed with Jason, all of these youngsters have been long term MAC Members.
The new MAC Galley perfected the weekend with it’s large array of wonderful meals. Thank you to all the volunteers who assisted in running this event, without you we could not host these events.
