Hobie Worlds

by Richard Crockett

South African’s have always done well in Hobie International events, and so far we have two RSA sailors in the top 10 of the Hobie 14s.

Blaine Dodds is lying 6th overall after 3 races, and Nicholas Ryall 7th overall.

In the Hobie 16 Youth, Dylan Albert and James Butler are in 17th spot.

At the top of the Hobie 14 fleet, and dominating too, is Georgia Warren-Myers who has two 1sts and a 2nd to here credit. Next is Fletcher Warren-Myers with a 3; 3; 1; scoreline. Both are looking ‘hot’ and appear at this early stage as the people to beat.
