Hobie 16 Worlds – strong RSA Teams compete

hobie 16 worlds 2014South African sailors have a rich heritage of success in Hobie 16 World Championships – so let’s see if our teams can add to this impressive list at the 20th Hobie 16 World Championships.

These are being sailed 139 Kilometres south of Sydney in the small tourist town of Huskisson which nestles at the entrance of Currambene Creek on the edge of the pristine waters of magnificent Jervis Bay. The spectacular regatta location is the white sandy Huskisson Beach.

The event will see over 500 competitors from 27 different nations competing from Saturday 1 February until Saturday 15 February, and may well be the largest Hobie 16 Worlds in history.
