Leading South African sail and power vessel importers, Boating World will be showcasing two vessels from the well know French sailing and power vessel manufacturers, Fountaine Pajot and Jeanneau. These yacht brands are the most recent agencies to have joined Boating World’s world class quality list of yacht manufacturers being imported to Africa.
The show starts on Friday 17 July and finishes on Sunday. THAT’S THIS WEEKEND.
JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 379
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 379 monohull sailing yacht represents the perfect balance of ingredients that have made the Sun Odyssey range a success. The performance-oriented hull comes from the drawing boards of Marc Lombard. Special attention was given to the ease of sail handling, the ergonomics and the modern aesthetics.
2012 Boat of the year – Cruising World. Available with a Yanmar 29hp engine, Sleeps 4 – 6 people comfortably, 130L fuel capacity, 200L water capacity.
FOUNTAINE PAJOT
Fountaine Pajot care about the impact of the catamarans on the environment, so each model is available in an “ECO CONCEPT” version, i.e. positive energy boats incorporating renewable energy sources, strongly reducing the ecological footprint of our power catamarans. The ‘spacious catamaran designed for living’ concept is clear – as aboard a Fountaine Pajot catamaran, life is split between two well-defined spaces: the saloon for socialising and the passageways and hulls for intimacy. Plus, the saloons are 360 degree panoramic views.
