I had the pleasure of sailing the 2013 Sonnet Nationals late last year on a borrowed new glass Sonnet. These boats have been built by Stephen du Toit of Performance Craft and represent his many years of Sonnet building experience and development. He is one of the last local boat builders over the last couple of decades to have modernised the Jack Koper-designed double-handed Sonnet.
