Yanmar Supports Customers with Extended Standard Warranty Period

Yanmar is extending its standard warranty period until 1 October 2020 to support boaters this summer season as they return to the water after the easing of COVID-19 restrictions. Providing customers with peace of mind for the entire season, the warranty extension applies to sailboat and powerboat engines, Kanzaki gearboxes and Yanmar sterndrives and saildrives with a warranty end-date between 1 March 2020 and 30 September 2020. “Energy Observer” Fits Bruntons Autoprop Eco*Star Propellers

Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing Partners with the NSRI

Last week the first of two new Search and Rescue vessels was launched in Cape Town. After extensive research and development, the decision was made to have the first vessel, a 14m SAR ORC ‘Alick Rennie’ built to completion in France and the second vessel, the ‘Donna Nicholas’ built as a hull, deck and bulkheads in France, to be completed locally in South Africa.
