Pretoria Sailing Club hosted the Finn Tiger Cup over four days in March. Twenty-one boats entered the event. Unfortunately the fleet shrunk in numbers as Ken Reynolds had to pull out after the first race and conditions became too tough for one or two others, but for the rest it was tough close racing.


Day one was light and tricky. It was one of those days that was good for those who picked up the shifts, but not so good for those who missed them. Randolph Verheij and Tim Addison finished top of the leader board tied on points at the end of the day with Andreas Bohnsack hot on their heels, just one point behind.
